Welcome!

I am so glad you are here!

My name is Erin Kelley, and I am the author of The Nature of Invisible Things (TNIT) based in Portland, Oregon.

When not writing, I am an astrologer, esoteric strategist, and budding occult librarian. My interests and experience include astrology, tarot, devotional magick, ritual, kundalini yoga, therapeutic movement, meditation, full-spectrum birth work, end-of-life care, and psychology.

Before becoming an astrologer, I spent more than a decade as a consultative strategist. I now use my results-oriented analytical skills to create practical and effective recommendations for working with the subtle realm in everyday life. My writing and offerings come from a deep devotion to and partnership with the Divine Erotic, the creative pulse of life.

With an 8th-house stellium, I also have a profoundly personal relationship with grief, surrender, and other mysteries of the unseen realms. In 2020, I began working on the concept of Slow Magick in response to understanding and healing my trauma in partnership with the Land.

In my free time, I research folk magick, the stories of my Slavic, Saxon, and Irish ancestors, and alternative healing modalities. As one might expect, I spend considerable time with the Land, cultivating a relationship with Nature as a sacred and sentient being full of wisdom and joy.

Who do I write for at TNIT?

I write for modern humans and those curious about the practical application of devotional magick and mysticism in everyday life.

Intention and desire are key components in understanding what experience you seek from your practice. So, if you want to cultivate a meaningful relationship full of joy and connection with the more-than-human world and integrate your magical and mystical practice into your daily life, you’ll want to hit that subscribe button. 💋

And, with four planets in Libra ruled by a Sagittarius Venus, I love sharing and discussing ideas, so let’s make magick together.1

Why subscribe?

In addition to joining the budding Rose Garden, you’ll receive devotional and practical magick content that provides insight and entertainment to seekers on the path.

I can’t wait for you to join us!

XO,

Astrology and ritual offer a powerful entry point to connect with your personal gnosis; however, they are not suitable replacements for psychological, medical, or financial help, and I am not qualified to offer that kind of specific advice. As excited as I am to connect with you about the material I share here, please do not send me your birth chart or the birth data of someone you know. I cannot offer interpretations of your chart outside my 1:1 consulting practice. You can always learn more about my current offerings by visiting Slow Magick. Thank you for understanding.
